1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the tutoring services provided by Ahmed Tutors ("we", "us", "the tutor"), operated by Ahmed, based in North London, UK. By signing up for, paying for, or attending any session (whether group or individual) you ("the student" or "parent/guardian") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Sessions & Scheduling

• Group masterclasses run for 1 hour and take place at a North London venue confirmed by the tutor after payment. Sessions currently run on Saturdays, 1–2pm. More time slots will be added as demand grows.
• 1-to-1 sessions are 2 hours and may be in-person (London) or online via Google Meet or Zoom.
• Session dates and times are communicated in advance via WhatsApp and/or the relevant Telegram channel.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances. Affected students will receive at least 24 hours' notice where possible, and a full credit or rescheduled session will be arranged.
• Sessions may be cancelled if minimum attendance thresholds are not met. Students will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative date or full refund.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees are due in advance of the session unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
• Current fees: Group masterclass £15 per person per 1-hour session · 1-to-1 online £50 per 2-hour session · 1-to-1 in-person Maths GCSE £60 / Economics A-Level £70 per 2-hour session · Maths Premium Package (5 × 2hr sessions) £250 · Economics Premium Package (5 × 2hr sessions) £300.
• Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice and will not affect sessions already paid for.
• Payment of a session fee constitutes your acceptance of a place and of these Terms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session, at your choice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session may be charged in full at our discretion. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
• Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at the full session rate. No refund or credit will be issued.
• If we cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
• Package (block-booking) refunds: unused sessions in a package are refundable on a pro-rata basis provided written notice is given at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session.

5. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to arrive or log on punctually and come prepared with any materials specified before the session.
• Respectful behaviour toward the tutor and fellow students is required at all times. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
• A student who is persistently disruptive may be removed from a session without refund, and may be declined from future bookings.
• For online sessions, students should be in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection, camera on where reasonably possible.

6. Privacy & Data

• Personal information collected during sign-up (name, contact details, year group, subject) is used solely to administer tuition and communicate session information.
• We do not sell, share, or pass your data to any third parties, except as required by law.
• Data is stored securely and you may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at ahmedtutors26@gmail.com.
• By signing up, you consent to receiving session-related communications via WhatsApp, email, and Telegram.

7. Intellectual Property

• All session materials, notes, worksheets, and resources provided by Ahmed Tutors are for the personal educational use of enrolled students only.
• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ahmed Tutors provides high-quality, structured tuition but cannot guarantee specific exam grades or outcomes. Academic results depend on many factors including the student's own effort, prior knowledge, and examination conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for sessions directly affected by any issue arising from our service.

9. Disputes & Complaints
